It can be tricky building a website that has more than one goal. Our team navigated this task expertly when Danbert Inc. came to us wanting more project leads AND to establish themselves as the place where top talent wants to work. We built them a website to highlight projects and showcase their different service divisions, while also promoting their employee-owned (ESOP) model. In addition to the dual-purpose, public-facing website, we built a secure, login-protected employee portal that includes important resources for their team, making it an important tool for onboarding new hires and current employee engagement.
